Indoor Finders System (IFS) provides office indoor wayfinding, real-time indoor positioning, meeting room scheduling, people locator, seating management, space planning, and workspace reservation (hoteling/hot-desking) with an ultra-fast mobile app, web portal, room display panel and kiosk tablet app in one comprehensive integrated system.
The complementary IFS RDU allows you to see real-time daily schedules from Exchange/Office 365/Google, and book ad-hoc meetings with ease. The app allows administrators to enforce check-in and eliminate “no-shows”. “End meeting early” enables users to release the room for booking when the meeting is ended early, and one-click “Extend” makes extending a meeting simple.
IFS is preloaded with mulitple beautifully-crafted themes. Themes are entirely CSS-based and 100% customizable. Themes can be applied globally or adjusted to individual rooms. The IFS team can customize or add new themes to match your corporate styling - completely free of charge.
All settings are managed 100% by the administrator via the Indoor Finders Admin web portal. The admin portal also enables administrators to make setting changes and view heartbeat/room utilization reports. Config and setting changes are pushed to the display panel automatically.
Search, locate, and book any conference room. Simply pick the room, see it on the map, and book it directly from the Indoor Finders mobile app. Filter rooms based on preferred meeting time, room type, size, and amenities. Find printers, first aid, fire extinguishers, emergency exits, restrooms, and more.
