Due to the company's rapid growth and high demand for conference rooms, Jacobsen's old headquarters lacked sufficient space and suffered from double bookings. However, during the planning phase of their new headquarters, they had a clear vision of how the new workspace could address this issue. For instance, the company created open spaces, flexible workstations, large rooms, and high-end conference rooms equipped with the latest technology. The building also features informal areas for employees to relax and decompress and soundproof "phone booths" for private phone calls.
